Low Carb Orange Muffin Recipe 

Are you on a diet and w to cut out carbohydrates but yet still cravings for pastries and dessert? In this Japan jam series, we have a healthy recipe that you can whip up with your loved ones or yourself especially if you/them are diabetic or controlling the sugar intake. You can try this out for a weekend for a snack using our Japan Miyazaki Hyuganatsu Jam.

 

 Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cup Almond flour

- 1/2 cup Unsalted Melted Butter (cooled)

- 3 Large eggs

- 1 tsp Baking soda

- 6 tsp Hyuganatsu jam

1/4 cup Coconut flour 

 

Steps:

1. In a large bowl, add in the almond flour & baking soda and stir gently

2. To that, add in coconut flour and continue mixing

3. Zest the skin and squeeze the juice of 1 orange

4. Crack the eggs and add in Hyuganatsu Jam

5. Add in cooled unsalted melted butter and begin mixing until well combined 

6. Pour the wet mix into the dry mix and start mixing until a cupcake batter is formed

7. Layout 12 cupcakes molds and scoop the batter evenly into the cups

8. In a preheated oven of 175 degrees, baked the muffins for 15 - 20 minutes

9. Enjoy the muffins guilt free with your loved ones
